Or do you not know that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit within you, which you have from God, and that you are not your own? For you were bought with a price; therefore glorify God in your body.
Creating God,
my body is a gift from you.
Help me care for it
like a precious gift.
Make me mindful of the fuel I put in this body.
Help me exercise, stretch, and rest my body.
Remind me that my body
is the temple of your Holy Spirit,
a place where you choose to dwell.
Use my body, as your body
to touch, heal, bless, embrace, and honor others.
My body,
your body,
created by your hands,
made in your image,
to enjoy and use
for your glory.
